The company needed to design processes to efficiently identify and hire seasonal production employees. The staffing department was recently adjusted and not familiar with mass-hiring techniques.

Created a database that identified all previous employees, as well as listed new applicants. Met with department heads and recruiters to design computer-tracking processes to track hiring results. The tracking system also recorded applicant contact information, interviewing status, and background information.

15% increase in employee retention seen by using leadership skills to improve departmental communication.
