The project
New The company needed to transition 450 employees into its compensation and benefits within 90 days. The recent acquisition agreement prohibited the company from having any direct employee contact, and the additional budget funds were not allocated for document preparation, credential verification, or other essential transition expenses.
 Action and resolution
Prepared a Gantt chart outlining the necessary steps to identify compensation, benefits, and credential verification. Crafted two letters detailing the acquisition terms, processes, and needs. Identified key staff and coordinated the compensation team throughout the verification and transition process.
