The company desired to implement performance incentive measures. However, both management and employees were unfamiliar with performance management incentives, and were highly resistant to changing the current processes.

Personally developed a highly detailed performance management training session, as well as tools to help employees transition and adopt the new management approach. Partnered with division leaders in the finalization of goals and measures. Additionally, created an exempt and non-exempt incentive plan to increase performance.

9% revenue increase experienced as a result of thoroughly understanding the impact a desire for performance can have on overall results.
