The companies compensation pay scale, position description and performance evaluations did not address labor avoidance, retention and employee morale challenges.

 Based upon the organizational challenges I lead a position description review, competency alignment, and wage restructure teams  linking compensation to the merit raises, and pay-for-performance plans.

Efforts averted union organization, increased employee satisfaction 20%, verified by employee survey results and reduced turnover.
